This course PRO-DESIGNER is a longer than usual intensive 40 week course in (mechanical) Product design CAD environment through evening classes.

By completing this course all candidates would have covered the following topics:

Geometric & Dimensional Tolerance.

ISO limits and fits.

Design Analysis Tools.

Mechanical Design Elements.

Introduction to methods of part modelling, CAD concepts and specific user functions.

Introduction to the user interface and palettes.

Create and design parts.

Create a complex assembly.

Understand the common different types of drawing views including orthographic projections, exploded views

Developed 3D models and 2D drawings.

Understand the difference between 1st and 3rd angle projections.

Using PTC ONSHAPE develop an assembly and Bill of Materials.

Export and import file types.

Image Rendering and Animations.

Introduction to Stress and Simulations.
